Minimum quantities, timelines, and how to get started
Our standard MOQ is 10 units per product. For full gift boxes or curated hampers, the MOQ is 25 boxes. We can sometimes accommodate smaller runs for premium or executive orders — reach out to discuss.

Absolutely. You can mix and match products across categories into a single gift box or hamper. Our team will help you curate the right combination for your budget and occasion.
We recommend placing orders at least 7–10 working days in advance for standard products. For fully customised or branded orders, 15–20 working days is ideal. For bulk festive orders (Diwali, New Year), we suggest booking 4–6 weeks ahead.
Yes — we can arrange sample boxes for evaluation before you commit to a bulk order. Sample charges apply and are typically adjusted against the final order value.

Logo printing, custom packaging, and personalisation options
Yes. Most products in our catalogue support logo printing, engraving, or embossing. The available method depends on the product material — we'll confirm options when you enquire.
Please share your logo as a high-resolution vector file (AI, EPS, or SVG preferred). PNG files at 300 DPI or above also work for most print methods.
Yes — we offer custom printed boxes, branded tissue paper, ribbon, and cards. Full custom packaging is available for orders of 50+ boxes.
Yes, we support recipient-level personalisation such as handwritten or printed name cards. Please provide the list in a spreadsheet and we'll handle the rest.
Standard branding (logo print) adds 3–5 working days. Custom packaging (boxes, inserts, ribbon) adds 7–10 working days to the order timeline.

We work with a curated network of Indian artisans, premium D2C brands, and reliable manufacturers. Every product is tested and approved by our team before it enters the catalogue.
Most products are maintained in ready stock. Occasionally, high-demand items may need to be produced to order — we'll flag this clearly when you enquire.
Yes! If you have a specific product in mind, share the details and we'll do our best to source it for you. We regularly add new products based on client requests.

Pricing & Payment
How pricing works and accepted payment methods
Prices shown are per-unit base rates. Final pricing depends on the quantity ordered, branding requirements, packaging, and delivery location. We'll send a detailed quote before you confirm anything.
All quoted prices are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST (typically 18%) will be reflected in the final invoice.
We accept bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS), UPI, and cheques for corporate orders. A 50% advance is required to confirm the order, with the balance due before dispatch.
Credit terms may be available for established corporate clients on a case-by-case basis. Please discuss this with our team when placing a repeat order.
Delivery & Shipping
Delivery timelines, locations, and bulk dispatch
Yes — we ship pan-India. Delivery timelines vary by location, typically 2–5 working days within metro cities and 5–7 working days for Tier 2/3 cities and remote areas.
Yes. We offer multi-location dispatch where we ship individual gift boxes directly to your employees' or clients' addresses. Share the address list and we'll handle fulfilment.
Yes. All our gift boxes are packed with protective inner cushioning and an outer corrugated shipper box to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Currently we primarily serve India. For international orders, please contact us directly and we can evaluate shipping options and costs on a case-by-case basis.
